Hi Robert,

First part of your message doesn't make any sense to me.

Second part about Tascam DR100: yes good recorder but the pre-amps 
are not very sensitive so it depends on what you do. And you power it 
with 5 volt external. You better do that because it eats batteries 
like crazy, you have to replace them once every hour to two hours.
