Rieni,
What is it that your Tascam stays in sync with for 30 minutes? A camera
perhaps?
Could it be that both are drifting but in the same direction?

I was interested to see that your Zoom goes 'off beat' by 1/24th second
every 5 minutes. I wonder if it does that even if you play a recording
back on the Zoom itself? If it is occurring when you play a recording
back on a different piece of equipment it might be that the playback
equipment is running at the wrong speed?
