I remember reading about this some time ago, about an image with as much additional info ave HD as HD is above SD. I don't think this is something that one would have in your living room, unless you have a really large room and can afford a really large screen. Having so much info on a 60" screen would be lost. The eye has limits to what it can perceive, not to mention delivering it in the first place.
