You don't need a plugin, two ways to do it. 1. In photoshop, Select the area 
that is transparent, then go to the Select, click invert selection the save 
selection. If you look in your Channels you will see the alpha, save  as  32 
bit targa. There will be a check box when you save to keep the alpha info. 2. 
In the actions pallet make sure Video actions are loaded. Find the action make 
alpha from visible and run the action. The result will be an alpha channel in 
your Channels palette. If you see any white fringing in Premiere the is an 
effect I think in keys that will defringe when applied to the image.
