Hi "Newbie"
You are jumping into deep water without being able to swim.
For what you want to do you need a professional program like Premiere Pro
(being on the Adobe Premiere forum).
I suggest though that you first get to know the basics of video editing
- and there are many of them -
otherwise you would drown very quickly.
