I am putting together a DVD of public domain footage but there are still
bumpers with the TV station logo on them. I would like to include those 3
second bumper images which are part of the show but am unsure if I should
because of the logo. I have the rights to show my footage but the logos are my
main concern. Is it going to be more of a headache to track down permissions
and such or just cut it all out?
