Hi Kai,
ran into my first problem . Not able to register for an account. I
get the following message :-

Cannot create account

Account creation from this IP address (59.95.6.54) has been blocked by
[[User:|]].

The reason given by is You are most likely a bot!

Now I know I am not a bot. IIRC the 59.x.x.x series of IP Addresses
has been assigned to my ISP (BSNL) by APNIC. We get assigned some
59.x.x.x IP dynamically on our ADSL connections.

See this for info :-

Any idea if this can be fixed or worked around ? I would get assigned
a new number every time so even asking for whitelisting is not good as
the number would change.

Looking forward for help and info.
