I believe that one is contained in the user interface definitions, which were created with Glade on Ubuntu. I do not know exactly why it is there, but my guess is that it is related to a Unity GTK+ extension that moves an applications menu bar into the window managers task bar. I would think that Glade uses some form of introspection to generate the list of properties for each widget and therefore picks up that extra property.
