Try ftp.software.ibm.com in directory:

/storage/tivoli-storage-management/maintenance/tivoli-data-protection/domino/nt
for the NT 1.1.1.0 version
and
/storage/tivoli-storage-management/patches/agents/domino/nt
for the NT 1.1.1.01 version.
Both versions do not contain a license file and
require that you have a license file in order to run.
