Buy another tape drive.
Just kidding.
I suppose you could move the data from the tape pool back to the diskpool
one tape at a time and do a backup stg diskpool copypool. This might get
most of the data but would take a longggggg time and be a very manual
process.
TSM was not designed to work well with a single drive or without a library.
Spend the extra dough to save lots of human dough.
