Subject: Re: Management class for TDP for MS SQL objects
Gavin,
You could use the "SHOW VERSION nodename filespace"
TSM Server command to show the backup objects and the
management class that they are assigned to.
(Replace "nodename" with the correct TSM NODENAME
and replace "filespace" with the correct filespace name.
You can get the correct filespace name via the
"QUERY FILESPACE nodename" TSM server command.)
Thanks,
Del

Subject: Management class for TDP for MS SQL objects
Hello all
Has anyone been able to determine the management class for TDP for MS SQL
objects.
I've specified the management class via the "Include" statement in the
dsm.opt
file but want to verify that all is OK from a *SM perspective.
To date I've been unsuccessfule in getting any *SM "query backup" command
to
work.
Is this possible?
Regards
Gavin
