I have the same code extracted with the correct directory structure.
Tsmcli\win32\baclient\disk1\setup.exe
It installed just fine on NT.

but as readme.ftp says cd disk1 and setup ..
but there is no , disk1. .
when i type setup.exe it says , msaccess must be installed and some odbc
stuff,
