check for volumes that might be unavailable...
        q vol acc=unavail
also it might be that the volume is currently being used as output or input
elsewhere... say in a migration or reclamation...
if you look in the server act log you'll see the volume it was needing and
just check on its status...
could be the tape isn't in your atl currently (or adsm/tsm might not think
it is in there...)
