I suspect that your option/sys file, for the client program is not set correct,
try and lock in the baclient directory for an *.opt file, and se it the nodename
option is set to your computer name or as the same as the node is defined in the
TSM server.

Ex:
**********************************************************************************''
commmethod tcpip
tcpport 1500
tcpclientp 1500
TCPServeraddress abrback.almbrand.dk

txnb 25600
schedlogname "c:\program files\adsm\adsm.log"
schedlogr 21
errorlogr 35

schedmod prompted
MEMORYEFFICIENTBACKUP YES
TCPNODELAY YES

Vedrrende: TSM Remote Client Service Windows NT Error Message

When I try to start the TSM Remote Client Service on a Windows NT machine then
I get:

"Could not start the TSM Remote Client Service on \\NODENAME."
"Error 65535:"

This machine is a TSM server and the client itself backups the data as a client
too.

Doe anyone know what this could be?

Thanks in advance,
Regards
