TSM reporting/automation tools

What are the best tools to use for reporting and automation for TSM?  We
are specifically interested for our OS/390 TSM server which has clients on
WIN95, WINNT, LINUX, AIX and NETWARE.

We are looking for a tool which would alert us problems with client
backups, including the capability to e-mail the client the problems about
their backups.
