Backup Domino Ver.4.62 in MSCS

We have configuring 2 Domino Server 4.62 with OS Microsoft NT 4 Cluster on 2
Netfinity 5500  M20 RAID 5 with Quantum DLT Drive 4000 .
Can you  tell me more informations about Domino Server backup online ?
I know that TDP for Lotus Domino is not supported from MSCS.  It's correct?
