NT Recover to Dis-similiar hardware

Hello,

Does anyone have a document, or does Tivoli provide a document on how to restore
an NT server to a different hardware platform ?  The process we developed for
Veritas with a locally attached tape drive cannot be used ( obviously ) and
trying to use it with TSM just results in Blue Screens - probably due to the
necessity of installing a NIC card as opposed to the MS Loopback adapter...  Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
