Admin ID SERVER_CONSOLE not recognized

Hi *SMers,

when trying to get admin access to our TSM 3.7.0.0 - server
using SERVER_CONSOLE-id I get ANS8034E ... SERVER_CONSOLE
not recognized by server
-> no access possible.

How can this ever happen? Thougt this id was last resort,
wanted to unlock my personal ID this way.

How long do locks (failing access due to wrong password on
web admin LOGONs) last?

Any other way to get 'round this mess?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
