Joanne,
If you do not want to shutdown your Exchange Server to back it up,
you need a product that allows you to take online "hot" backups
of the Exchange Server. Tivoli has a solution. It's called:
Tivoli Data Protection for Microsoft Exchange Server

TSM is our means of backing up all the PC Lan data except for Exchange
data.
We are using DLT tapes using a manual process. Can someone point me to a
TSM
solution for this. Either relate their experience or documentation on
