ADSM 4.1

Hi:
We were expecting to migrate to TSM 3.7 from ADSM 3.1. Instead  TSM 4.1 was delivered.
Has anyone done this, and can 4.1 go over a 3.1 install? Does it do the db upgrade as 
part of the install?
