With the object of an archive you have to be at least as specific as a "file
system" and by that I mean if you do a "q file" you will see what tsm refers
to as "file systems" on your client... to get a complete archive you would
need to list each of those ~objects~ (as the filespec) with a -subidr=yes
option to cover everything on your machine...

Subject: Archive all the drive
Hi,
I've already sent a message, but had no answer. I hope I will be more lucky
this time.
I would like to realise an archive of my server.
How can I specify to archive all the drives (like the option domain "ALL
Local"
with the incremental command)?
Does it exist with the archive command?
I tried dsmc archive *, it doesn't work!
Should I list every drive?
Thanks for your help..
