I have opened the same problem and an APAR has been opened.

From the GUI we are able to select files to restore, but we cannot
select a
directory. It won't let us click the gray box next to a directory.

makes restoring a tree difficult.
This is a cluster disk, but we're identifying ourselves as the
cluster node
(like we were during the backup). This is not a grant/set access
problem.
Any ideas?
