yes,
the volume will be reclaimed when it reaches the reclamation treshhold for
the copy pool.
When you ask on how to circumvent the "problem", I suppose you mean that
you do not want reclamation to run on the copy pool volumes, since they are
offsite. First of all: copy pool volumes, even offsite (especially offsite
volumes), will be reclaimed without having them checked in to the library.
This is done by recopying the information from the primary stgpools to the
copy pool. If you don't want this, I suppose you can set the reclamation
percentage to 100.
