What does your TSM Server error log file is showing ?
You probably will need to upgrade yr code since I see that u r in the 2.0 version.
Probably the problem is with the device class, but I am pretty sure that the error
log will have some information that will help you investigate this issue further.
Do also, a # df command (if u running unix) to see if u have a full filesystem.
