  No PMR.
  I think we have to open a DCR to change the minimum length
  of the abbrevation of "prepare" to three letters.

  Or: Is the admin reference wrong which states that there is
  no abbrevation for "PREPARE" (only capital letters in the
  syntax diagram)?
