Alex - There may be an NT method of causing the TSM client scheduler
to be invoked after the cluster service completes; but a
circumvention would be to use the PRESchedulecmd client option to
either do a blind wait for a certain period of time, or have it
detect when the cluster service completes before exiting such
that the scheduler service starts thereafter.
