You will need to install 4.1.0.0 first to get the license files. Then you can do the upgrade to 4.1.1.0. My server is running NT so I can't help you there. My database is 10GB and around 80% utilized. I don't think it took very long to do the upgrade... I didn't time it and I don't remember exactly how long it took (I was busy doing 10 other things at the same time) but it was pretty fast. The system is a dual 450Mhz PII with 1GB of memory. Any thing else you want to know let me know. Thanks, Mark -----Original Message----- From: Talafous, John G. It sounds like I first want to see about getting whatever is necessary to move to 4.1.1.0 instead of 4.1.0.0. Comments? Could you share your experience during this upgrade? I've heard concerns of licensing glitches? How was the database upgrade? How long did it take? Anything else you could share? TIA, John G.
