I believe we have exclusions setup in our browsers to not use proxy servers
for internal IPs.

Hi,

do you use a proxy ? In our Environment we set Netscape to no proxy for
<ADSM-Server-Adress> (see preferences). May be it4s also needed in IE.
For IE it can be set in system/internet.
