Hi:
We will finally be adding our 2nd tape library and intend to move the existing primary
storage pools to this new device. Rather than tinker with a number of scripts I
thought the simplist way to do this would be:
-stop current processes
- rename current storage pool to new names
- define new storage pools in new tape library with previous existing names
- restart scheduled processes
- do move data to move files from old storage pool to new storage pools
- delete old storage pool definitions when moves are complete
Does anyone see a problem with this senario?
