We're also getting ready to upgrade our tape libraries from DLT4000 to 8000.
Looking through this list's archives, it seems like the 8000s have had
problems working with ADSM. Have these problems been resolved with TSM?
Would we be better off going with a 7000? We're running TSM ver. 3.7.3.6 on
NT 4.0
Thanks,
Marita Gonsalves

DLT4000, 7000, and 8000 all use CompactTapeIV tape media.
