This looks like APAR IC24882, which is fixed in the 3.7.2.x client.

P.S. I removed the attachment containing an image of the pop-up, but for
those who do not know what I'm talking about, here is the specific error
reported in the pop-up:
Pop-up title: dsmcsvc.exe - Application Error
Error message: The instruction at "0x0042ff8e" referenced memory at
"0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".
