Objet :   TSM 4.1 and sybase

I'm using TSM 4.1 on AIX 4.3.2 and i need to implement sybase databases backups.
Do I need sql-backtrack for this ?
Otherwise, what do I have to do this ?

other question : can we share the same 3494 library (and his drives) between 2
ADSM servers
on AIX and on mainframe ?
