configure LTO Ultrium 3581 on tsm 4.1

Please, is there anybody that have already configured this library(LTO 3581) with TSM 
4.1?

i don't have any possibility to configure this library with TSM scsi device drivers, 
infact when the system start gave to me error in TSM scsi driver.
