For NT

go to the location of the backup client (i.e.  c:\program
files\tivoli\tsm\baclient)

run the command   dsmcutil   remove /name:"server 1"

then run    dsmcutil install  /name......with all the required parameters, the
parameter list is availble in the online help of the application
