That is the product name, but not the actual version of TDP R/3 that you are
running.
If you look in the Brbackup log, it will show the version and should be
something like
3.1.0.2. The latest version for NT is 3.1.0.3. Since this is a run-time
error you
should open a call up with Tivoli and let them do some tracing with you.
