You cannot audit a volume that is not "online."

Have you tried auditing the volume ("audit vol /dev/radsmpool19 fix=yes")?
You'll probably need to make it read-only (not destroyed) to do so, but
that may do the trick. You may also want to try "delete volume
/dev/radsmpool19 discard=yes"
