storagetek 9740 with drives 9840 and TSM 4.1 on AIX 4.3.3 platform

Is there anybody that have any experiences about this kind of configuration with TSM 
4.1?

                                                    drives 9840

                                                    TSM 4.1

                                                    OS 4.3.3 AIX


I've very a lot problems to use it with TSM 4.1 on AIX system  without ACSLS software.
