Upgrade from ADSM to TSM 4.1

We still have a large system using ADSM 3.1 and want to upgrade to TSM 4.1.
Is the upgrade path from 3.1 to 4.1 much different than the path from 3.1 to
3.7?

We are using:

AIX Server
Sun Solaris 2.6 clients
ADSM Space Management (HSM)
Veritas filesystem on clients (v.3.3.2)
