Using FIXEDIOBUFSIZE and TAPEIOBUFS

Hi *Smers,

     I'm using TSM 3.7.3 in OS/390 2.7. I know there was a problem with the
FIXEDIOBUFSIZE parameter but i'm not suer if it was solved and it's safe to use
it now.
     I'm also thinking about using the TAPEIOBUFS to improve my Tape throughput
(especially in Backup Storage Pool and Reclamation). Does any of tou have any
warnings or advices about it?.
