I am new to the list and want to make sure this is the appropriate list for the questions I will have. We have TSM version 3.7?. I will double check the version when the guy who does the TSM returns. The client we are running is Solaris 2.6 and we want to do Oracle backups using RMAN. So many of my questions will be about setting up and integrating RMAN with TSM. One piece that already seems to not be installed is Tivoli Data Protection. This seems to be a simple package install. Is this the list to get this information? If not any ideas where to go?
