Hi *sm'ers.
I found a phenomen on my system and can not explain how. I tested subfile
backup but now I disabled it.
I have following Management-Class defined and selected during backup with
include-statement.

Policy Policy Mgmt Copy Versions Versions Retain Retain
Domain Set Name Class Group Data Data Extra Only
Name Name Name Exists Deleted Versions Version
--------- --------- --------- --------- -------- -------- -------- -------
DELL-NO- ACTIVE DELL-NO- STANDARD 2 1 5 120
 TEBOOK TES

If i checked, ho many versions exist and use the b/a command-line client
with active and inactive versions (and the pick-option) I get following
result:

Now I checked the number of backups on the server with select * from
backups or (in my case) with ODBC and a generated Excel-Sheet: (please look
at SCC.NSF)

(See attached file: tsm_tomanybackups.xls)

There you see, that too (much more than two versions) many versions
existing. What has happend and how can I leave this objects?

If you have any idea, please let me know. I have so few space in my
storage-pools :-((.

Mit freundlichen Grüßen / best regards
