Yahya,

Make sure the scheduler service is running under
an account on the machine that has proper access
for doing Exchange backup and restores.

Under the Services applet, Properties, for the
Exchange Scheduler service that you created...
...the "Log on as:" of "Local System account"
will NOT work.

Change the "Log on as" parameter to match the
account that you were successful in manually running
the backup (excincr.cmd) from.

Thanks,

Del

No two different services. Even when I stop service for win2k, Exchange
scheduler still fails.
Thanks
Yahya

Both running off same service ?

I have installed TSM client on Win2K and TSM for MS Exchange (Exchange
Application Client is NOT is a cluster environment), I have two separate
schedules running on that system, scheduler for Win2K works fine but on
same system scheduler for MS Exchange fails. TSM server is on AIX 4.3.3.
and storage medium is STK 9710 tape library.
I can run excincr.cmd manually from client machine's command line and it
works fine for backup and autodelete commands.
Thanks
Yahya
