One place that has HSM for other clients is www.knozall.com.
I haven't used it but have looked at website and we may try it sometime soon.

Hi *SMer,
I have two questions,
1) As I read in the books of TSM and on the Tivoli Hompage, there are only 3
Platforms (AIX, Solaris, and SGI UNIX) where the HSM Client of TSM is available.
I need now a software for the Windows Platforms (NT and W2K), which has all the
possibilities of the TSM HSM and is storing the data on TSM Server and using the
Managementclass-attributes.
a) Won't Tivoli develop a HSM Client for WinNT or W2K ?
b) Are there any other products with the possibilities of the TSM-HSM ? (I would
be thankful for any Web-Pages) By the way: I fount the OTG DiskXtender2000. Are
there any experiences with that ?
2) The Message "ANR4391I Expiration processing node node name, filespace
filespace name, domain domain name, and management class management class name -
for type type files." which appeared in earlier Versions of TSM during
Expiration Process has now disappeared in our environment.
We only get the Start-Message, the End-Message, some Warnings of non-existent
Mgmtclasses and the Start-Message from the DB-Backup-Volume and Recovery-Plan
Expiration.
This happened exactely when we upgraded from ADSM V3.1 to TSM V3.7.4.0
We start the EXPIRE INVENTORY without any options, so the Default (QUIET=NO) is
active and the Serveroption EXPQUIET is even set to NO
I didn't find any hint or any question on www.adsm.org, that other Admins have
the same behaviour of TSM.
(I only found the question how to eliminate these messages.... :-) )
Our Server-Configuration is:
.) OS/390 V2 R9.0
.) Tivoli Storage Manager for MVS, Version 3, Release 7, Level 4.0
Thanks for all hints
