There have been numerous customer complaints posted on the List
about Archive/Retrieve performance after upgrading.  If you
find no instructions in the Readme file regarding Archive/Retrieve
accommodations in the upgrade, by all means report the problem
to Tivoli Support.  The clients should function properly, and
that includes performance.
