Hello, i read a white paper (december 2000) in which it is written that the 3583 LTO
tape library is not supported by the TSM tape library sharing. This is written in:
"TSM support for library sharing with 358x drives/libraries is planned to be available
in the near future."
For now, i thought that all scsi library supported by TSM are also supported on the
SAN through an appropriate gateway. SAN route SCSI as is and library commands are
routed by the library manager itself and no other one...
- Am i wrong?
- Has anybody tested a scsi 3583 through a gateway?
