There's also "contact storage" for marketing stuff. They do call you back. Don't think
he likes to travel, but you're probably close enough to get a "Seibo special"(both 
barrels).

 Likewise on IBM partners. We just grope out the least offensive, our bills are an 
adventure,
and getting support is telephone tag personified. Wonder if they realize how much
it's costing them and their customers to compete with themselves.
