Has anyone encountered these error? The error re-generate when i tried to
backup MS Exchange Server (5.5) using ADSMConnect Agent for MS exchange
server (version 1.1.0.0) and ADSM server (3.1.2.40).
Here are the details of the error:

Exchange Server : ExchSrv1
Database : DIR
Backup Type : Full
Loging on to the ADSM Server...
Backup error encountered.
Exchange Error: Access is denied.

The nt user account currently logged on when tried to backup the exch.
database is a member of local administrator of the exch. server.
Any help from you is really appreciated.
