As you may or may not have seen, EOS (end of support) was announced for
Tivoli Storage Manager 6.3 for April 30, 2017.

There has been some confusion around this because Tivoli Storage Manager
6.4 did not release a "server" component.
The Tivoli Storage Manager Suite for Unified Recovery 6.4 product(s)
shipped a Tivoli Storage Manager 6.3.3 server.
For those customers that have purchased any of the Tivoli Storage Manager
Suite for Unified Recovery 6.4 products,
they are also entitled to service for the Tivoli Storage Manager 6.3.x
server component until the EOS date for 6.4.
