ANS0106 Message index not found for message number.
Explanation: The message repository file does not contain the message text
for
the message number.
System Action: TSM is unable to complete the requested operation.
User Response: Make sure the DSM_DIR is set up properly and it does not
point
to an old copy. If the problem continues, see your system administrator for
further
help.
It looks like a mismatch between your version and your message file. You
might try uninstalling and reinstalling the client or calling support.

Has anybody encountered these errors and did you find a solution to the
problem?
Since moving to TSM windows client level 4.1.2.12, I'm encountering this
error when backing up to AIX running TSM Server 3.7.3.8:
ANS0106E: ReadIndex 1497 message index not found for message 1497
A backup of the same TSM windows client to AIX running TSM Server 4.1.3
gets:
ANS0106E: ReadIndex 15647 message index not found for message 15647
The problem occurs on both NT4+sp6a and Windows 2000+sp1.
