One of my OS folks is upgrading TSM clients and on a couple of machine
(6.1.x to 7.1.6.3 and 7.1.1.x to 7.1.6.3), the scheduler service won't
start.  Immediately fails with a "Windows could not start the TSM Client
Scheduler service ... 1053".

The servers (Windows 2008) haven't been restarted - hoping to avoid that.

Thoughts/suggestions?
